The App connects authorized store cashiers, operators, and safety supervisors to their on-premise AI detection engine to provide instant emergency notifications, full-screen sirens, and real-time incident verification.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information necessary to authenticate authorized personnel and dispatch real-time fire alerts:

A. Account & Profile Information

• Store / Market Identifier: The unique identifier associated with your store location (e.g., store license key or branch code).
• User Credentials: Staff usernames, roles (e.g., Cashier, Store Manager, Safety Supervisor), and cryptographically salted SHA-256 password hashes. We never store plain-text passwords.
• Account Status: Administrative activation state (e.g., Active, Pending Approval, Suspended) to prevent unauthorized access.

B. Emergency Incident Telemetry

• Alarm Metadata: Timestamp of detected incidents, hazard classification (Fire or Smoke), AI detection confidence level (e.g., 95%), and the assigned camera name/zone (e.g., "Main Aisle", "Storage Warehouse").
• Emergency Snapshots: A single low-resolution snapshot frame or short verification stream captured at the exact moment of a confirmed fire detection to enable immediate visual hazard assessment.

C. Device & Diagnostics Information

• Device State: Android OS version, app version, network connectivity status (Online/Offline), and background service heartbeat logs to ensure reliable 24/7 push notification delivery.

Given the sensitive nature of CCTV and surveillance video, Vyrion adheres to strict edge-processing and data minimization architecture:

• No Continuous Cloud Video Upload: 24/7 camera video streams are never continuously transmitted, uploaded, or stored on external cloud servers. Video analysis runs on-premise.
• Incident-Triggered Visuals: Only when the local AI model detects an active flame or hazardous smoke event does the system generate an encrypted temporary verification frame to display on the authorized mobile app screen.
• Secure Transmission: Any alert verification frame transmitted to the mobile application is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS / HTTPS encryption.

6. Third-Party Services & Cloud Infrastructure

The App relies on trusted, industry-standard cloud service providers to maintain high-availability synchronization. These providers process data strictly in compliance with their respective privacy and security certifications:

Store owners and registered staff members may request the deletion of their user accounts, historical alarm logs, or entire store profiles at any time.

9. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR Compliance)

The Vyrion FireGuard AI application is strictly a commercial, business-to-business (B2B) enterprise safety tool designed for commercial facility staff, store operators, and adult safety personnel.

The App is not directed to, marketed to, or intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union). We do not knowingly collect, request, or maintain personal information from children. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal information, we will immediately take steps to permanently delete such information.
